If there's one thing I'm excellent at, it's being apathetic.  That's how I've been towards eBay recently.  This week's been slow, but last week was OK.  My frames went for $102.50.  Yay!  But the buyer hasn't paid.  Boo.

So we'll see how that goes.  I hope everyone's week is going better than mine.  I would like to try to get to one of our smaller thrifts tomorrow after work, so if I do, I'll post some pics of my finds!


  1. Hi, I'm super new to selling on eBay and I have a buyer who hasn't paid and it's been over a week now. What do you usually do in this kind of situation? How long should I give a buyer to pay? Thanks for your help! I love reading your blog!

  2. Well, they ended on Sunday (when I sent the invoice) and eBay sent them a purchase reminder yesterday. I will probably contact them at the end of the day today to see if there's a problem with paying. If they don't get back to me tomorrow, I will open a case on Friday. The way I see it is, unless you let me know you need a whole week to pay for somethin you bid on, you don't deserve a week to pay. You knew when this auction would end, and if you didn't want to pay that much money, you shouldn't have bid on it.
